How do I know you are a reputable firm?
"InCord has been in business for over 14 years and is one of, if not the largest netting fabricators in North America. We have thousands of satisfied customers. We are also ISO 9001 certified." Ed Ritz (Co-Owner).
Our mission statement: The mission of InCord is to provide high-quality net and rope products to our customers in a cost-effective and efficient manner consistent with the expectations of our customers and the business community we service. This is a very important concept for us all to understand and keep in mind each and every day.
We work hard to provide quality netting solutions where they are needed. In order to do this, we work with the upmost integrity, determination and teamwork, from the owners, to the sales representatives, to the workers.
What are your payment methods?
We accept major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard; also wire transfers and checks in advance.
Will the netting withstand the elements?
Yes! Our netting has been used for years at theme parks, outdoor construction sites, etc. We have many different materials to choose from, including UV stabilized high tenacity polypropylene, and polyester.
Why are there no prices on your website?
Generally we do not include pricing, because we do not include sizes. We want to talk to our customers before they buy a net from us, because we care! We want to make sure that you have the safetest, best net for your application custom fabricated to your exact specifications – a matter not based on prices but on integrity. With this said, we will help to find the most cost – effective solution possible.
As for shipping costs – we do not include these because we do not know them until the material has been packaged and is ready to be shipped. These prices vary according to destination, weight and size, as well as the continually increasing prices of gas and deisel.
Is there a minimum ammount for ordering?
Minimum order is $75.00.
Why is the netting black and not clear or white?
The hockey league conducted extensive research to determine the type of netting that would maximize both protection and visibility. Test results and other factors led the league to conclude that black netting accomplishes both these very important objectives because it absorbs light, rather than reflecting it, and causing possible distortion of your view. The league determined that the white netting refracted the light and drew your eye to the netting, as opposed to directing your focus through the netting and onto the players on the ice. The monofilament or clear netting also reflected light and is more difficult to work with because of its elasticity. The League concluded that black netting was optimal and the Club agreed.
What are the sizes of your nets?
We specialize in custom manufactured nets. This means that virtually what ever dimensions you may need, we can create. We do have some stock items, product desciptions and sizes are listed through out the site.
Netting is defined by its cord size, then mesh size, color and then ultimate size. We have netting with cords of 1mm, 1.8mm, 2.3mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 6mm. We have mesh sizes of ⅛”, ¼”, ¾, 1”, 1¾”, 2”, 2½” and 4”.
How long will it take to get my order?
Stock items ordered before 1pm EST generally ship the same day.
Custom nets may take 2 – 3 weeks to produce. Transit times vary based on destination and shipping method.
